Title of the Project: "Increasing the competitiveness of the company through the introduction of an innovative product - ASA glue stations for gluing paper in pulp - resulting from the implementation of the results of R&D works"
The subject of the Project is to introduce to the KRYSTIAN's range an innovative product - ASA glue stations for gluing paper in pulp. The machines are used in paper production installations. The recipients of the product will be paper manufacturers. The introduction of a new product to the range will result from the implementation of the results of R&D works. This will ensure product innovation on an international scale. In order to implement the Project, we want to invest in fixed assets (machinery and equipment) and intangible assets (software). The purchase, start-up, implementation and integration of all newly purchased Project elements with the existing production system will enable the production of a new, innovative product - ASA glue stations. Thanks to the Project, the export activity will be expanded. The goals we want to achieve through the Project are as follows: - improvement of the competitiveness of the company on the regional, national and international market,
- increase in the level of innovation,
- introduction of new/improved products and services, - ICT development
Planned outcomes:
- increase in turnover and employment,
- improvement of the company’s financial results,
- increase in competitiveness,
- permanent strengthening of the company's position on the market.

KRYSTIAN PPH implemented the first stage of the Project - Preparation of the Export Development Plan:
“Development of KRYSTIAN PPH through exports”

The aim of the Project is to develop KRYSTIAN PPH by starting export sales based on the prepared strategy. This will be achieved by creating a vision and strategy to enter foreign markets (Romanian and Ukrainian) as a result of developing an Export Development Plan and then implementing the recommended actions.

Within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme for Lubelskie Voivodeship 2007 - 2013, Priority Axis 1. Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Action 1.3, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund and the State Budget, KRYSTIAN PPH has implemented the Project entitled:
“Implementation of process and organizational innovation through the purchase of a processing centre and computer hardware and software to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise"

The aim of the Project is to increase the competitiveness of PPH KRYSTIAN through the implementation of process innovation (faster, more effective and safer process) and organizational (creating a system of information exchange between all administrative departments of the company and production) by means of investments in modern machinery (new machine tool) and computer hardware and software.

“Increasing the competitiveness of Krystian PPH through the purchase of specialist consulting services in the scope of implementing an innovative information flow management system in the company"

The aim of the Project is to increase the competitiveness of PPH KRYSTIAN through the purchase of specialist consulting services in the design and implementation of the information flow management system in the company. The system of information exchange between all organizational units of the company will enable a faster, more effective and more efficient way of workflow management. The aforementioned system will enable the implementation of organisational innovation. Implementation of innovation will be possible thanks to a modern IT system Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
